    The population of our world is about 7 billion people. That's Flat Belly Revelation a lot of people, a lot of different people with many different lifestyles and metabolisms. To propose any specific diet that will work for all of those people is shortsighted. The phrase "Eating Healthy" means different things to different people. In the end, I think the best way to find what a "Health Diet" might be is to take a look at the overall health of the individual. What is their daily energy level, what is their need for medications, how often do they get sick and require medical care, do they have any chronic conditions, etc. Drink plenty of fresh juices, water, herb teas. Anywhere around 8-12 glasses a day. More or less depending on the season.
